This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Formulate and implement the EMEA Hospitality Go-to-Market strategy for both Direct and Distributor markets.
• Propel revenue growth through partnerships with hotel groups, resorts, residential operators, serviced apartments, and wellness-centric hospitality brands.
• Create and execute strategic account plans for prominent hospitality groups, ownership companies, operators, consultants, and developers throughout the EMEA region.
• Establish strategic relationships with hospitality operators, ownership groups, architects, designers, and key industry influencers.
• Enhance the brand recognition and market share of Precor and Peloton Commercial within the Hospitality and Residential sectors.
• Develop scalable sales programs and commercial frameworks to foster growth across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with UK, DACH, and Export sales teams to integrate hospitality-focused growth strategies.
• Enhance distributor capabilities, tools, and programs to expedite hospitality opportunities in local markets.
• Work alongside Marketing, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to amplify the hospitality proposition and stimulate customer demand.
• Represent Precor and Peloton Commercial at industry events, customer interactions, and strategic partner meetings.
• Maintain effective pipeline management, forecasting, CRM discipline, and performance reporting to ensure sustainable growth.
• Over 8 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or related fields.
• Proven experience in establishing new business channels and achieving sustainable commercial growth.
• Familiarity with working across various international markets, including distributor-led sales models.
• Strong capabilities in strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Documented success in influencing senior stakeholders and securing strategic partnerships.
• Ability to function effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
• Candidates must reside in the UK.
• Reliable transportation is needed to meet travel requirements of 50% or more.
• Must have the authorization to work in the country without sponsorship both currently and in the future.
• Leadership experience in the hospitality sector within the EMEA region is essential.
• Willingness to travel as part of the work routine.
