This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Enter and oversee all facets of customer project information within the CRM system.
• Create quotations and detailed proposals tailored to project technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and lead departments to provide necessary inputs for quotations.
• Follow up with customers for additional information and delegate work to external contractors.
• Assist Account Managers, Sales Directors, and other Sales Leaders on the Global Sales Team.
• Achieve or surpass group sales objectives.
• Maintain data integrity within the CRM system.
• Produce Sales reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B Sales Support.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline (MBA preferred).
• Experience in sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management.
• Previous experience in solar energy is advantageous and a strong passion for solar is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and ERP (preferably Netsuite) systems.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers 20% of the time.
