This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership and implement a growth strategy for a territory focused on larger or more intricate contractor accounts.
• Develop robust, consultative relationships with owners and operational leaders, comprehending their specific business requirements and offering customized Payzer solutions.
• Navigate complex sales cycles with proficiency across various product lines, including scheduling, invoicing, payments, financing, and reporting.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and discovery to solution presentation, proposal submission, and closing the deal.
• Propel outbound initiatives and handle inbound leads, aiming to optimize territory penetration and increase win rates.
• Keep a precise and current sales pipeline using Salesforce and other sales engagement tools.
• Act as a mentor and role model for Territory Sales Managers by sharing best practices, coaching on sales techniques, and assisting with onboarding processes as required.
• Collaborate with your Regional Sales Manager and Marketing team to enhance go-to-market strategies and gather feedback from the field.
• Regularly surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals, prioritizing quality deals and long-term value.
• Take charge of your professional development by participating in leadership development programs, advanced sales training, and cross-functional projects.
• Over 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or SMB technology sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to sell in more complex or strategic settings, such as multi-location enterprises, SMBs, or high-ACV transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of the sales process and the ability to adapt consultative methods to different contractor business models.
• Comfortable in mentoring and collaborating with junior sales personnel to enhance overall team performance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
