Senior Sage Intacct Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute Sage Intacct Construction implementations and module enhancements with minimal supervision.

• Deliver prompt client support by resolving or escalating support issues within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Achieve a minimum of 70% billable utilization by effectively managing time and aligning with client expectations.

• Provide strategic recommendations to clients regarding new functionalities, aiding them in future planning.

• Accurately document activities on timecards to prevent billing discrepancies.

• Mentor and support junior consultants through performance discussions, group forums, and project assistance.

• Work collaboratively with Project Managers and other consultants to ensure precise project planning and timely completion of tasks.

• Recognize out-of-scope items, assist in the creation of change orders, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Hold advanced certifications in essential Sage Intacct modules, including Construction and SCM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with Sage Intacct, encompassing project implementation and support.

• Advanced certification in Construction and SCM is required.

• In-depth understanding of the construction sector, including its terminology, business operations, and typical project frameworks (e.g., general contracting, subcontracting, specialty trades, residential and/or commercial construction).

• Demonstrated capability to independently manage multiple client engagements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in mentoring or leading teams within a consulting setting.

• Background in accounting within the construction industry.

• Experience working in mid-sized to enterprise-level consulting firms.

• Project management certification or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Previous familiarity with publisher escalation procedures.
