Senior Review Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and legal counsel to develop, implement, and oversee matter-specific review strategies that align with Lighthouse standards and project needs.

• Lead and ensure the successful execution of document review initiatives, offering high-level oversight and management of project managers, team leads, and review team activities.

• Promote the use of advantageous AI, analytics, and linguistic tools; create review workflows.

• Actively participate with sales and client success teams: assist in developing project budgets and assessing ROI.

• Deliver daily status updates to case teams; compile a comprehensive end-of-project summary and insights report for sales, client success, and case teams.

• Provide guidance on creating enterprise-level review standards for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over eight years of experience as a document review manager within a review service provider or law firm.

• Proven experience in leading complex, multi-jurisdictional, and global matters.

• Active attorney in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.

• Understanding of the litigation discovery process and its objectives.

• Proficient as an end user in Relativity or a similar platform.

• Preferred experience in planning and managing reviews for MDLs or HSR Second Requests.
