Director – Payer Strategy, Program Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Lead client engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams.

• Oversee multiple projects, including managing project teams, deliverables, and timelines.

• Offer extensive expertise in go-to-market strategies and business planning for health plans.

• Develop, enhance, and solidify client relationships while supporting business development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience, with essential in-house experience within a Medicare Advantage health plan.

• Strong expertise in Medicare Advantage, including a solid understanding of STARS, risk adjustment, and performance management.

• Proven ability to connect plan strategy with operational execution.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong consulting skills, with the capacity to lead a diverse portfolio of projects and clients.
