Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees all daily operational activities of the assigned program or project, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.

• Collaborates directly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to guarantee the feasibility of all plans and schedules while establishing clear communication channels.

• Monitors deliverables in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), escalates risks, participates in risk mitigation discussions, and coordinates change requests among functional teams.

• Ensures adherence to established operational and quality control processes, identifies gaps, and collaborates with functional teams to address them.

• Prepares meeting agendas, facilitates regular internal and external project meetings, and records decisions made.

• Contributes to project staffing plans and the delegation of project responsibilities.

• Analyzes and documents software requirements and enhancement requests from clients; captures configuration specifications and collaborates with the software team for implementation; conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure client satisfaction; ensures all ancillary administration materials are clearly articulated and delivered punctually.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with English Language Proficiency (ELP) assessment programs and an understanding of the related policy landscape.

• A minimum of 4 years of increasing responsibility in managing tasks and projects within a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with the professional development requirements for educators of English learners.

• Previous experience with project management software and databases.

• Experience in large-scale assessment is highly preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or an equivalent qualification, is strongly preferred.

• Experience working with government clients.
