This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage communications among peers across various channels (newsletters, announcements, Slack), ensuring updates are timely and accurate.
• Oversee logistics for webinars and events, facilitating smooth planning and execution.
• Handle workflows for shared inboxes, ensuring timely coordination of responses.
• Assist with coach matching logistics and ongoing program coordination, ensuring precision and consistency.
• Implement and manage program and event surveys from start to finish, including deployment, tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain and support reporting dashboards, guaranteeing data accuracy and usability.
• Provide support for Salesforce, including data entry, cleanup, and ad hoc data requests.
• Present post-event analyses and insights to aid in continuous improvement.
• Assist in executing key programs, such as MBA Seminars, Summer Seminar, and Fall Seminar.
• Oversee registration workflows, approvals, and participant tracking with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide onsite or real-time event support as required to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure operational readiness to manage increased workloads during peak periods (May–September), contributing to a seamless and high-quality participant experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience in program operations, program coordination, event management, project coordination, nonprofit operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in coordinating virtual and/or in-person events, webinars, training sessions, or conferences.
• Strong written communication skills with experience in drafting and distributing communications to participants, stakeholders, or customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, or data management platforms (Salesforce experience is preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain data accuracy and manage administrative processes.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.
