This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the intake process and translate business requests into well-defined, actionable requirements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend their needs, pose the right inquiries, and devise scalable, structured solutions.
• Manage mid-sized Salesforce and RevOps projects independently from initial intake to final delivery.
• Foster clarity, sustain momentum, and guarantee the timely completion of projects with strong alignment from stakeholders.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, data quality, and system design.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our overarching RevOps strategy.
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, demonstrating a successful history in strategic process development and project leadership.
• In-depth expertise in Salesforce, with significant experience in converting business needs into clear technical requirements for development and architecture teams.
• Outstanding communication abilities, with a proven capacity to influence, guide, and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with an emphasis on using data to drive operational enhancements and ensure data integrity.
• Highly organized and detail-focused, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
• A collaborative leader with the ability to drive initiatives alongside cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results.
