This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and front-line leaders to enhance performance through practical coaching.

• Monitor live calls, identify skill gaps, and develop personalized coaching strategies.

• Mentor essential selling behaviors: discovery, qualification, value demonstration, objection management, negotiation, and closing.

• Recognize the distinctive actions of top performers and disseminate those practices across the team.

• Oversee and continuously enhance onboarding, ramp-up, and certification processes to expedite new hires' productivity.

• Adapt sales playbooks, messaging, and competitive positioning in response to product and market evolution.

• Produce straightforward, practical resources that sales representatives can effectively utilize during live customer interactions.

• Establish success metrics that link coaching and enablement to seller performance and business results.

• Leverage data to refine programs, identify trends, and enhance execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• You have previous experience carrying a quota.

• 5-7 years of experience in sales, enablement, coaching, or front-line sales leadership within a rapidly growing technology organization.

• More than 3 years in a quota-carrying sales or account management position.

• Proven experience coaching sales professionals during live negotiations, beyond just providing formal training.

• Strong understanding of contemporary sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC.

• A data-informed approach to pinpointing performance gaps and assessing impact.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clarify complex selling concepts.

• An AI-centric mindset that leverages technology to enhance coaching scalability and effectiveness.

• Experience assisting both new-business and account management or expansion initiatives.

• Developed onboarding or certification programs that significantly improved ramp-up time.

• Coached SaaS sales teams in dynamic growth settings.

• Familiarity with conversation intelligence, AI coaching platforms, and modern enablement technologies.

• A track record of cultivating top performers and elevating the average performance level.
