This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary authority for monitoring and governance of essential Customer Success metrics, ensuring conceptual uniformity and reliability in measures such as churn rate, early churn, NRR/NDR, retention metrics, time-to-first-value, ongoing metrics, usage metrics, health score, stickiness, adoption metrics, and more.

• Conduct regular tracking of departmental metrics and provide strategic insights to company leadership regarding the factors influencing metric variations.

• Assist in the planning and advancement of Customer Success metrics, contributing to the definition, review, and standardization of indicators that accurately represent customer base health and the effects of Customer Success initiatives.

• Produce executive reports that encapsulate the key results and trends of the Customer Success operation.

• Suggest enhancements and modifications to the customer journey based on industry best practices and data analysis.

• Develop and present performance presentations for leadership and partner teams, translating data and metrics into clear, actionable narratives that underline risks, opportunities, and recommendations.

• Aid in the planning, definition, and evolution of Customer Success KPIs, ensuring consistency and accurate interpretation of the metrics within the area.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, Revenue Operations, BI, and other teams across the company to ensure alignment in the interpretation and utilization of metrics.

• Assist Customer Success leaders and teams in understanding and utilizing performance indicators, promoting more data-informed decision-making in account management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Experience in Operations, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Customer Success Ops, or related fields.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Advanced Excel skills. (Assessment will be conducted)

• Experience in data analysis, KPI monitoring, and strategic planning.

• Capability to convert analyses into executive presentations. (Assessment will be conducted)

• Proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership in executing analyses and deliverables.

• Excellent executive communication skills.

• Preferred:

• Experience with Databricks.

• Familiarity with Python.

• Background in report automation and/or analytical routines.

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
