This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the HubSpot administrator and an internal authority, overseeing pipeline configurations, automation, permissions, and reporting.
• Oversee lifecycle stages, lead scoring frameworks, standards for campaign tracking, and governance of marketing-to-sales data.
• Manage integrations within the revenue technology ecosystem to ensure seamless data flow and optimal platform performance.
• Design and uphold the end-to-end pipeline from lead acquisition to closure.
• Facilitate bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.
• Create dashboards that offer leadership insights into pipeline health, conversion rates, velocity, and achievement levels.
• Convert CRM and marketing data into actionable insights for the Chief Growth Officer and the leadership team.
• Recognize funnel inefficiencies and opportunities for growth through data analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance and Marketing on capacity planning, quota modeling, and reporting on campaign ROI.
• Develop scalable workflows that synchronize Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success efforts.
• Create playbooks, onboarding materials, and operational rhythms such as pipeline reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Share RevOps priorities and performance trends with executive stakeholders.
• Ensure that revenue systems and analytics align with Shine Early Learning’s mission, values, and a culture of data-informed decision-making.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related field within a B2B context.
• Proven hands-on experience in HubSpot administration, including pipeline configuration, workflow automation, lifecycle management, and reporting.
• Experience in creating dashboards, pipeline models, and forecasting frameworks utilized by senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience in designing scalable go-to-market processes across Sales and Marketing functions.
• Capability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort in fast-paced, mission-driven environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership.
