This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide operational support to Sales Leadership.
• Act as the main RevOps contact for NAMER Sales Development Front Line Managers.
• Collaborate with SDR leaders and systems to pinpoint, investigate, and resolve workflow challenges.
• Assist SDR managers with performance analysis and coaching insights for their teams.
• Maintain documentation related to processes, dashboards, and reporting logic to ensure transparency across teams.
• Manage daily SDR operations support, including Salesforce case management, escalations, user team configuration, and territory administration.
• Reporting & Analytics.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses on SDR performance data to uncover actionable insights—evaluating outreach patterns, conversion rates, sequence effectiveness, and pipeline contributions.
• Convert data into actionable insights and provide recommendations to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Process Optimization & Enablement.
• Identify sales development process bottlenecks and propose enhancements to workflows, handoffs, and qualification criteria.
• Assist the RevOps Manager in the deployment and execution of new processes, tools, and playbooks; gather feedback and iterate.
• Ensure representatives are trained on CRM processes and reporting best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on objectives and streamline processes and workflows, such as lead handoff and collaboration between SDRs and AEs.
• Prior experience in a dynamic SaaS environment, preferably supporting an SDR or Sales Development team.
• Solid business acumen with a grasp of sales operations, including lead routing, territory management, and pipeline generation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills—capable of identifying business challenges, defining revenue and/or customer impacts, and recommending and executing solutions.
• Familiarity with key SaaS go-to-market metrics, such as conversion rates, win rates, ARR, and pipeline generation.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to influence and provide recommendations to sales leaders.
• High proficiency in Excel and comfort with analyzing large datasets.
• Advanced skills in SFDC reporting.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
• Willingness to leverage AI to enhance skills and improve work efficiency and impact—showing curiosity, a desire to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly.
