This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the global business administration, configuration, governance, and ongoing enhancement of HubSpot.
• Create and uphold CRM standards, workflows, automations, reporting, and user permissions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to continuously develop HubSpot to support the entire customer lifecycle, including prospecting, onboarding, lifecycle management, renewals, expansions, and customer success.
• Proactively drive and monitor user adoption through training, documentation, and best practices.
• Oversee company record and deal hygiene, pipeline quality, stage progression, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity.
• Identify process enhancements that simplify sales and account management while enhancing reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Empower relevant teams to implement best practices that boost forecast reliability and business visibility.
• Collaborate closely with Finance to generate precise pipeline reporting, bookings metrics, forecasting, and executive dashboards.
• Design and maintain KPI reporting for Sales, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, and the Board.
• Deliver data-driven insights that assist in strategic planning, revenue forecasting, operational improvements, and business performance evaluations.
• Compute quarterly sales commissions in line with approved compensation plans.
• Confirm bookings, resolve discrepancies, and manage commission reporting.
• A college or university degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in Revenue Operations or CRM Administration, focusing on system administration and operational execution rather than solely analytical or strategic roles.
• Advanced experience in administering HubSpot CRM.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Finance on forecasting, reporting, and operational processes.
• Experience in calculating and managing sales compensation, including validating bookings, resolving discrepancies, and supporting compensation committee activities.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in building dashboards and executive reports.
• Proven capability to influence and drive behavioral change within sales teams, engaging stakeholders through collaboration rather than administrative pressure.
• Documented success in enhancing CRM adoption, data quality, and operational processes.
• Experience in HubSpot Administration.
