Senior Revenue Systems AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain AI-driven automations and agent workflows, primarily utilizing n8n.

• Establish orchestration logic, prompts and instructions, fallback paths, and documentation for tasks executed by agents.

• Assess which processes within Revenue Systems can be effectively automated versus those that require human oversight.

• Create and execute integrations between HubSpot, internal systems, and external tools essential for AI-enhanced workflows.

• Enhance and manage CRM process logic, ownership and routing logic, and associated workflow automation.

• Assist with technical investigations, automation quality assurance, and stabilization of production for newly launched AI/agent flows.

• Collaborate across functions to align business rules, controls, and expected outcomes for automated procedures.

• Contribute to the architecture and process strengthening for the future state of Revenue Systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in revenue systems, CRM engineering, business systems, automation engineering, integrations, or technical operations.

• Proficient use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) as a primary method for accelerating workflow and code development, while critically validating, debugging, and clarifying AI-generated code and SQL rather than accepting it uncritically.

• Practical, hands-on experience in designing and constructing production-grade AI/LLM workflows and agentic orchestration.

• Advanced SQL proficiency: skilled in query design (CTEs, window functions), performance and cost optimization at scale, parsing semi-structured/JSON data, and creating validation/reconciliation checks to verify output accuracy.

• Strong architectural expertise in platform selection, configuring scalable object/association logic, and avoiding workflow conflicts among interconnected business systems.

• Advanced analytical and systems thinking abilities, with a knack for delving deep into complex datasets, drawing precise conclusions, identifying causal relationships, and envisioning long-term solutions beyond the immediately available data.

• Proficient English language skills (B2/C1 level) for effective communication and documentation.

• Excellent communication and facilitation capabilities, with the aptitude to lead cross-functional discussions, convert complex technical topics into business terminology, communicate directly and succinctly, and achieve consensus.
