This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Take responsibility for and enhance the entire revenue technology stack — including HubSpot, Apollo, and Tableau — to boost representative productivity, ensure data integrity, and support scalable growth.
• Create executive-level dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity, and forecast accuracy.
• Design and continuously refine comprehensive sales processes, from lead capture to closure, encompassing territory planning, lead routing, and account assignment frameworks.
• Perform in-depth analyses of funnel performance, win/loss trends, representative productivity, and market segmentation — translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Formulate predictive models and scenario planning frameworks to assist in strategic decision-making at the executive level.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance lead flow, implement lead scoring, and monitor campaign ROI; coordinate with Customer Success on strategies for expansion and renewal.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to remove manual workflows and empower revenue teams to achieve more with fewer resources.
• Develop onboarding programs, playbooks, and training materials in collaboration with sales leadership to effectively train new representatives.
• Assist cross-functional initiatives with market intelligence, customer feedback, and ad hoc analyses as required.
• 5–7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably within a Series A or B stage startup.
• Expert proficiency in HubSpot; practical experience with sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft) and BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets and develop financial models for capacity planning, quota setting, and ROI analysis.
• Demonstrated capability to execute effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment — you've successfully built revenue processes from the ground up.
• Highly effective communicator able to present complex data clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
• A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and dedication to data integrity.
