This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Revenue Operations Manager is tasked with designing, scaling, and optimizing the comprehensive revenue engine across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• This position is responsible for managing GTM systems, data, processes, forecasting, and performance management to facilitate predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• In this capacity, you will develop and implement high-quality reporting and insights to guide our internal stakeholders in making data-driven decisions.
• This role collaborates closely with Sales, Enablement, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment, execution, and measurement while constructing scalable infrastructure for growth.
• We seek a self-starter and problem-solver with a remarkable ability to influence our organization and work cross-functionally with nearly all teams.
• We are looking for a team player who can think on their feet and navigate a rapidly expanding organization to accomplish tasks with high velocity and exceptional quality.
• This position reports directly to the Head of Revenue Operations and does not have any direct reports.
• You possess over 6 years of experience in Business/Sales/Revenue Operations, demonstrating a history of driving strategic decision-making alongside Sales, Marketing, CX, Enablement, and Partnerships.
• You are skilled in driving automation to minimize manual tasks and enhance speed-to-lead and pipeline hygiene.
• You have designed and maintained lead-to-cash workflows, including routing, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management.
• You have overseen and optimized top-of-funnel operations, which include lead management, routing, scoring, attribution, campaign tracking, and funnel conversion performance.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing teams to execute, measure, and scale multi-channel campaigns.
• You are a strategic operator capable of translating the company’s growth strategy into operational execution: territory design, segmentation, forecasting rigor, compensation, funnel performance, systems architecture, and cross-functional alignment.
• You possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in additional Office tools, Google Suite, Salesforce, and JIRA.
• You are organized and excel in managing competing priorities and complex projects.
• You have experience working with large datasets, enterprise reporting and dashboards, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mode, and Looker.
• You have practical experience in data visualization and generating meaningful metrics for business operations.
• You have strong analytical and systems-thinking approaches to problem-solving, with a proven ability to align team needs with actionable solutions.
• You are results-driven, a self-starter, and have a successful track record of utilizing analytics to promote the understanding, growth, and success of products, teams, and organizations.
• You are an effective communicator to diverse audiences and regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• You have the ability to remain adaptable, learn new tools quickly, and independently solve problems with high velocity and confidence.
