This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to devise and implement revenue strategies aimed at enhancing conversion rates, reducing sales cycles, and boosting ACV.
• Establish and oversee rules of engagement, territory models, and account assignments to ensure efficiency and equity across various segments (SMB, MM, Enterprise).
• Lead forecasting and pipeline review sessions to maintain accuracy within ±5% and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Continuously map and enhance the entire revenue process from lead routing to renewal, ensuring simplicity, scalability, and alignment among Marketing, Sales, and CS.
• Implement AI-driven workflows for lead research, scoring, routing, and personalization, while assessing performance against established baseline metrics.
• Foster the adoption of process innovations through enablement, documentation, and coaching efforts.
• Oversee the GTM tech stack, ensuring data integrity, seamless integrations, and automation across systems.
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms that highlight actionable KPIs for pipeline, bookings, churn, and expansion.
• Work closely with Product and Marketing to link product usage data with commercial insights.
• Manage high-impact projects (such as system migrations, pricing/packaging modifications, and GTM launches) involving multiple stakeholders across Revenue Leadership, Finance, Legal, and Product.
• Influence strategic decisions by presenting data-driven recommendations regarding pricing, packaging, and contract structures.
• Minimum of 4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM operations position, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to achieve measurable growth results.
• Proficient in Salesforce administration and reporting, with experience managing integrated GTM technology stacks.
• Proven history of designing and implementing processes that enhance revenue predictability and operational efficiency.
• Strong project management abilities and skills in aligning stakeholders, with examples of leading initiatives from conception to implementation.
• Data-driven approach with a strong command of analytics tools (such as Meta, Looker, or native CRM dashboards).
• Familiarity with early-stage or high-growth environments, able to balance both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
