This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Take ownership and manage HubSpot CRM, including overseeing pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, automations, and reporting.
• Ensure the maintenance of clean and accurate CRM data while establishing processes that enhance long-term data integrity.
• Create and manage dashboards that track lead flow, conversion rates, pipeline performance, and sales activities.
• Analyze sales and operational data to uncover trends, identify bottlenecks, and recognize opportunities for improvement.
• Suggest and implement process enhancements that boost efficiency across the organization.
• Refine lead management workflows starting from initial inquiry through to proposal and closed business.
• Develop and maintain documentation for sales processes, SOPs, and internal playbooks.
• Assist with proposal, quote, and sales administration processes.
• Oversee the management of trade show lead imports, lead routing, and follow-up systems.
• Assist leadership in creating scalable systems that foster ongoing business growth.
• Coordinate the flow of inbound leads between marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor lead attribution, lead quality, and metrics related to campaign performance.
• Contribute to website, Shopify, and digital marketing operational initiatives.
• Support projects involving AI-assisted content, marketing, and workflow automation.
• Ensure that marketing efforts are accurately tracked and integrated within HubSpot.
• Manage operational projects from initial planning through to execution.
• Coordinate initiatives that involve vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance systems for project tracking, accountability, and communication.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
• Act as a reliable operational resource and strategic partner to leadership.
• 4-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or comparable operational roles.
• Extensive experience working within HubSpot CRM.
• Proficient in building workflows, automations, reporting dashboards, and operational processes.
• Strong preference for experience supporting both sales and marketing functions.
• Highly preferred experience in entrepreneurial or small business settings.

• Pay range: $2K – $2.8K per month
