Senior Revenue Operations – Deal Desk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in annual planning activities, including territories, coverage, and segmentation, while developing reports on pipeline health, deal trends, and sales performance.

• Audit and ensure the integrity of data within Salesforce and related systems, collaborating with Business Systems, Finance, and other teams to maintain operational alignment.

• Manage daily order processes, which involve reviewing quotes, obtaining approvals, and executing bookings accurately in line with internal policies.

• Collaborate with Sales to efficiently structure deals and serve as the primary point of escalation for complex or non-standard deals to facilitate progress.

• Oversee the intake and prioritization of deal desk requests, ensuring prompt responses and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Enforce adherence to bookings policies and Rules of Engagement (ROE), identifying and addressing risks in deal structures, approvals, and data quality.

• Recognize inefficiencies in deal desk and quote-to-cash workflows, promoting scalable process improvements and working alongside Business Systems on system enhancements.

• Provide support to Sales teams with proactive reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), pipeline assessments, and forecast discussions, along with simplified dashboards for sales leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk within a SaaS or high-growth setting.

• Demonstrated ownership of complete quote-to-cash processes, encompassing deal structuring, pricing and discounting, approvals, and order management.

• High proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Excel, and various reporting tools.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to convert data into actionable insights regarding pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.

• Solid grasp of SaaS metrics (such as ACV/ARR, pipeline coverage, conversion rates) and sales workflows.
