This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the continuous definition, validation, and updating of the Ideal Client Profile for new business and expansion initiatives.
• Develop and sustain account-level scoring models that incorporate firmographic, technographic, behavioral, and intent signals.
• Update the Ideal Client Profile regularly as market dynamics, win/loss trends, and product mixes change.
• Create frameworks for account tiering and prioritization to ensure Account Executives focus on the most promising opportunities.
• Perform whitespace, TAM/SAM, and segment penetration analyses on a global scale to highlight underserved opportunities.
• Offer analytical insights for territory design, named-account selection, and annual planning processes.
• Formulate target-list recommendations in collaboration with sales leadership and the Marketing team.
• Map buying committees on both successful and unsuccessful deals to pinpoint which personas contribute to favorable outcomes.
• Assess persona coverage within target accounts and identify contact gaps for Account Executive follow-up.
• Specify the personas, titles, and seniority levels that correlate with deal velocity and winning rates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and external signals pertinent to the Ideal Client Profile and segment strategies.
• Supply intelligence inputs for annual planning, QBR preparations, and narratives for board meetings.
• Identify emerging segments, verticals, or geographies that deserve strategic investment attention.
• Serve as the strategic thought partner to Sales leadership regarding targeting, prioritization, and segment strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns aligned with the Ideal Client Profile, Account-Based Marketing, and persona-focused positioning.
• Work alongside Sales Enablement to ensure persona-specific content aligns with buying committee intelligence.
• Provide foundational intelligence and narrative inputs for QBRs and Board preparation.
• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, commercial analytics, market research, or a similar analytical position.
• Proficient in managing extensive data sets in Excel; familiarity with SQL or other relational databases is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms, with a willingness to learn new technology systems.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision; a self-starter with a strong drive to exceed expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate analysis into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance outcomes, including but not limited to drafting communications, data analysis, prompt engineering, and documentation.
