This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategic management and enhancement of HubSpot CRM, encompassing data architecture, custom objects, workflows, permissions, lifecycle management, and governance.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of CRM data throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Spearhead the administration and optimization of the GTM technology stack, including integrations, system performance, documentation, and scalability.
• Design and maintain lead routing, territory management, account assignment, and segmentation logic.
• Assess and implement tools and technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain executive dashboards and reporting in HubSpot, Google Sheets, and BI tools.
• Manage recurring Revenue Operations reporting, which includes forecasting, board reporting, quarterly business reviews, and executive scorecards.
• Analyze operational and revenue data while providing strategic recommendations.
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks and define KPIs.
• Design and refine end-to-end revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Lead automation initiatives to minimize manual tasks and enhance data quality.
• Optimize processes related to quote-to-cash, renewals, expansion, and deal desks.
• Establish operational best practices, standards for documentation, governance policies, and change management processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while advising cross-functional stakeholders.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar role within high-growth SaaS organizations.
• At least 5 years of experience administering HubSpot CRM in a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations setting.
• In-depth expertise in building and optimizing HubSpot automation, including workflows, Operations Hub, custom code workflow actions, webhooks, and lifecycle management.
• Substantial experience in administering and maintaining CPQ platforms, preferably DealHub, which includes complex pricing models, subscription management, and consumption-based pricing.
• Advanced comprehension of ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, churn, expansion, and forecasting methodologies.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel, with skills in complex formulas, pivot tables, query functions, dashboards, and financial modeling.
• Experience managing low-code integrations utilizing Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
• Proven track record in enhancing CRM data quality, establishing governance frameworks, and designing scalable operational processes.
• Demonstrated capability to independently lead cross-functional projects from discovery through to implementation.
• Nice-to-have experience with Vitally, Stripe, RevenueHero, Chili Piper, HubSpot APIs, REST APIs, GRC/privacy/cybersecurity industries, Python or Node.js, SQL, BI tools, data warehouses, executive reporting, board metrics, or strategic planning.
