This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the Senior Director and Director of the Specialty Pricing Center of Excellence.
• Oversee pricing and revenue management analytics, problem-solving initiatives, value capture programs, and process management.
• Collaborate with Specialty company Revenue Management teams to enhance pricing strategies.
• Identify pricing opportunities through weekly activities, technological advancements, and long-term roadmaps.
• Work alongside Business Technology, Merchandising, Revenue Management, Sales, Finance, and other departments.
• Influence business decisions and foster alignment across various business functions.
• Engage in communication with executives.
• Implement strategies and program management processes as devised by the Leadership team.
• Outline workstreams, timelines, sequencing, dependencies, issue resolution strategies, and priority trade-offs.
• Recognize pricing opportunities and risks, formulate recommendations, and execute solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams and field leaders.
• Partner with Merchandising to align pricing strategies with category strategies and market conditions.
• Oversee product portfolio performance and track results.
• Assist in the development of the pricing analytics roadmap.
• Authorize weekly pricing adjustments and assess margin implications.
• Mentor and develop Associates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 8 years of professional experience in Pricing/Revenue Optimization/Economics/Finance, or 5 years of relevant experience in professional consulting services.
• At least 3 years of management, supervision, or leadership experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, sales, finance/merchandising, or project/results-driven/field engagement roles.
• Experience in leading large, cross-functional projects is preferred.
• Experience in building and managing high-performance teams is preferred.
• Strong influencing capabilities.
• Ability to convert complex data analysis into actionable business insights.
• Capacity to think conceptually, strategically, and creatively with minimal oversight.
• Proficient in building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong influencing and leadership abilities, including leading without formal authority.
• Flexibility to adapt management, communication, and delivery styles.
• Proven track record of achieving results in a complex matrix organization.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically from the customer perspective.
• Competence in structuring unique problems and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Strong capability to manage ambiguity and direct organizations towards decisive action plans.
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams with competing timelines and priorities.
• Robust team and project management skills.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
