This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Provide practical assistance to the Intake, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Scheduling teams concerning revenue-related processes.
• Emphasize the importance of documentation, authorization, charge capture, and handoff requirements.
• Act as a daily resource for inquiries related to revenue processes.
• Oversee compliance with revenue-critical workflows.
• Identify gaps in execution, delays, recurring errors, and operational challenges that may threaten revenue.
• Communicate observations and trends to the Manager.
• Monitor and report on process-level KPIs related to documentation timeliness, authorization completeness, and billing readiness.
• Maintain logs of issues related to payers, therapy, or operational steps.
• Provide timely coaching and reinforce workflows.
• Assist in the implementation of new procedures and job aids.
• Support the onboarding of new operational staff regarding revenue-critical practices.
• Engage in process mapping and improvement initiatives.
• Help with pilot testing and implementation activities.
• Collect feedback from frontline staff to enhance workflows.
• Aid in closing feedback loops following the resolution of issues.
• Take ownership of root-cause analysis for operationally driven denials and revenue loss.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to redesign processes aimed at preventing recurring issues.
• Ensure that denial fixes are integrated upstream and maintained.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or clinical support.
• Previous experience in specialty pharmacy, infusion, or home health is preferred.
• Familiarity with authorizations, clinical documentation, or billing workflows is preferred.
• Experience in process improvement, auditing, or quality assurance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with frontline teams across functions.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM CST.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Frequently required to sit and type on a keyboard; occasionally standing, walking, and climbing stairs/ladders.
• Capability to push/pull and lift/carry weights between 1 to 10 lbs.
