This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main Sales Operations partner and a trusted advisor for an assigned NORAM Business Unit leadership team.

• Organize weekly forecasting sessions, pipeline reviews, monthly performance evaluations, and quarterly business assessments.

• Evaluate bookings, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales productivity, attainment, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Provide recommendations to enhance forecast accuracy, pipeline health, seller productivity, and overall performance.

• Assist in annual and in-year sales planning, including territory and account segmentation, coverage and capacity analysis, quota modeling, and headcount planning.

• Perform whitespace, account-potential, and customer-journey analyses to uncover opportunities for acquisition, expansion, and seller productivity.

• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Revenue Operations to synchronize plans, metrics, priorities, and execution.

• Oversee CRM data quality, address reporting inconsistencies, and promote adherence to sales processes and governance.

• Convert business needs into analytics, reporting, process, and systems requirements.

• Work alongside technical teams on solution design, testing, implementation, and adoption.

• Spot opportunities to automate regular reporting and optimize operational workflows.

• Lead defined cross-functional projects and analytical workstreams from problem identification to recommendation and implementation.

• Contribute to AMER-wide Sales Operations initiatives and disseminate scalable practices across NORAM Business Units.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar go-to-market analytical role, ideally within a SaaS or recurring-revenue business.

• Proven experience supporting sales leaders as an operational or analytical business partner.

• Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.

• High proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience with Salesforce for reporting, analysis, and sales process support.

• Familiarity with building, maintaining, or interpreting dashboards using Tableau or a comparable business intelligence platform.

• Background in supporting territory design, account segmentation, quota planning, coverage analysis, or sales capacity modeling.

• Ability to distill complex information into clear insights, recommendations, and communications suitable for leadership.

• Solid business judgment with the ability to evaluate assumptions through data and structured analysis.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, managing competing priorities, and achieving results with minimal guidance.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, process discipline, and operational reliability.

• Proactive and adaptable demeanor with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with SQL or query-based data is preferred.

• Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data platform is preferred.

• Background in improving or automating recurring reports and operational workflows is preferred.

• Experience in supporting acquisition, expansion, whitespace, or customer-journey analysis in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.

• Must pass a background check.
