This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the operating system that powers Qventus’s revenue engine.
• Take ownership of the complete forecasting methodology, its cadence, and precision.
• Architect the pipeline funnel, define stage exit criteria, governance, and analyze velocity/conversion metrics.
• Design and uphold territory, quota, and compensation models for the AVP team across various product lines.
• Establish deal desk and pricing operations in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
• Manage GTM data architecture, governance, and ensure a single source of truth throughout the revenue stack.
• Provide GTM analytics along with executive and board-level reporting.
• Oversee the GTM systems roadmap, which includes Salesforce, Gong, Circleback, and decisions regarding build, consolidation, and automation.
• Administer Salesforce, Gong, and Circleback, including KPI packs and regular reporting.
• Act as the unbiased operational partner among sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Define lead qualification processes and handoffs, data workflows, and comprehensive measurement methods.
• Report directly to a neutral revenue owner and help shape the Revenue Operations function.
• 5 - 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS, with at least 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Established history of building RevOps from the ground up, including forecasting, pipeline architecture, and data modeling.
• Proven ownership and advocacy for forecast accuracy and methodologies.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Salesforce, particularly in the object model and reporting.
• Data fluency adequate to detect inaccuracies in data.
• Strong analytical capabilities across pipeline, conversion, and cycle-time assessments.
• Proficiency in SQL or a contemporary BI stack.
• Experience in designing territory, quota, and compensation models for multi-segment or multi-product sales organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success without direct authority.
• Familiarity with AI and practical experience in using AI tools to automate reporting and operational tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presence when addressing executives and board-level audiences.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, prioritize tasks, and define project scope.
