Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee performance analytics and reporting for a designated revenue segment.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and regular reports.

• Manage program attribution, including tracking, operations, and reporting that links activities to outcomes.

• Design, create, and refine comprehensive end-to-end processes.

• Manage pipeline and workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.

• Monitor performance against objectives and KPIs, highlight gaps, and determine effective strategies.

• Discover growth opportunities through data analysis.

• Create business cases for new projects and secure leadership approval.

• Implement initiatives from the planning stage through rollout and adapt based on data insights.

• Report on the outcomes of initiatives compared to original goals and apply insights to future projects.

• Build, manage, and sustain backend workflows and automations in HighLevel’s CRM.

• Utilize AI solutions for reporting, dashboards, and analytical purposes.

• Collaborate with segment leadership through regular progress assessments, issue identification, and alignment of priorities.

• Assist with onboarding, training, and change management for new processes and tools.

• Fulfill and independently prioritize spontaneous requests from leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business or revenue analysis, sales or marketing operations, or a similar analytical or operational domain.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.

• Experience with a Business Intelligence tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is highly preferred.

• Practical experience with a CRM system; Salesforce is preferred.

• Comfort in building within or alongside go-to-market systems and automation platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to create a process or program from the ground up, define its scope, implement it, and iterate based on outcomes.

• Experience in building or maintaining backend workflows, automations, or internal tools; familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms, Zapier, and workflow builders is advantageous.

• Strong skills in attribution and tracking, with the capability to connect activity data to results.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives for leadership audiences.

• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations, troubleshoot system issues, and drive tasks to resolution.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus, though not required.
