Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Monitor and report essential revenue metrics, highlighting trends and insights that influence strategic choices

• Create and sustain dashboards that offer leadership a transparent, real-time overview of pipeline and performance

• Work alongside executive and sales teams to formulate precise revenue forecasts and projections

• Execute corrective measures to resolve discrepancies identified through analysis and feedback

• Enhance current processes by scaling and optimizing systems

• Investigate and integrate new technologies to foster the growth of sales and marketing teams

• Partner with cross-functional groups, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience (CX), to synchronize requirements and ensure smooth execution

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid academic credentials from a leading undergraduate institution

• 2 - 3 years of experience in a role focused on processes, analysis, or operations

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) with strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

• Practical experience with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent

• Knowledge of AI tools and a desire to apply them to business challenges; bonus points if you’ve created or implemented an AI-assisted workflow

• A robust learning mindset with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach, favoring the creation of working prototypes over drafting proposals

• Capacity to handle competing priorities in a dynamic environment, with a sincere interest in addressing issues that assist small businesses in thriving
