📋 Description

• Act as the strategic operations partner and senior advisor to the AMER VP of Field Marketing and her leadership team. Offer budget decision support, performance insights, pipeline forecast assistance, and operational guidance. Provide training and enablement for the AMER Marketing team utilizing new tools and metrics.

• Manage AMER reporting on pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, event performance, and funnel health. Supervise dashboards, KPI forecasting, and data audits in collaboration with the analytics center of excellence. Present executive-ready insights and materials for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to the VP and CMO organization.

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and enhancement of new Veeam Agentic interfaces aimed at optimizing budget efficiency and signal-to-pipeline conversion within marketing. Convert intent, account, and engagement signals into prioritized account lists and enhanced personalization, reallocating spending towards high-yield programs and providing real-time recommendations to field marketing and SDR leaders.

• Identify and eliminate operational friction in campaign execution, lead management, and reporting workflows created by the marketing operations center of excellence. Help standardize processes across sub-regions while respecting local nuances.

• Collaborate with various internal teams (Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, CT, Sales Acceleration, Channel Marketing, Data Science, Data Analytics, etc.) to guarantee data integrity, attribution accuracy, and consistent definitions throughout the AMER go-to-market strategy.

• Assist in preparing for quarterly budget reviews (QBRs), management meetings, budget reallocations, and ROI analysis. Ensure expenditures are tracked against plans and linked to outcomes.

• Oversee the AMER marketing planning cycle. Develop and present pipeline creation targets sourced from Marketing and SDRs by sub-region, segment, and channel. Model investment and organizational scenarios while aligning targets with capacity and revenue objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree is preferred in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or another go-to-market strategy role within SaaS or specialized consultancy.

• Knowledge of AMER market go-to-market dynamics, including nuances in LATAM and Canada.

• Exceptional executive communication skills, stakeholder management across different time zones, data-driven storytelling for non-technical audiences, and the capacity to influence within a matrix organization.

• Proven ability to successfully drive cross-functional projects.

• Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and scaling AI agents and/or automation within a marketing or operations framework.

• Established ability to create pipeline models, set defensible targets, design attribution frameworks, and convert data into executive recommendations. Strong understanding of CLV/LTV, CAC, ROI, and funnel metrics.

• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketo (including Marketo Measure / AEP for attribution).

• Practical experience with BI/visualization tools like Tableau is preferred.
