
Senior Revenue Enablement Manager – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for establishing and enhancing our Revenue Enablement function
• Ensure that our teams are effectively equipped throughout the entire customer journey
• Convert the revenue strategy, processes, and systems into successful enablement initiatives
• Create frameworks that sustainably integrate knowledge, skills, and tools into the organization
• Emphasize an AI-first approach
• Collaborate closely with all revenue-facing teams and serve as the main enablement liaison
• Develop and take ownership of our revenue enablement strategy
• Assess enablement requirements and derive prioritized actions
• Design scalable enablement frameworks along with training, onboarding, and enablement programs
• Several years of experience in Revenue Operations, Enablement, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar roles
• Strong comprehension of revenue models, go-to-market strategies, and customer journeys
• Experience in constructing scalable enablement frameworks
• Previous experience utilizing AI as an enablement facilitator
• Strategic thinker with robust execution capabilities
• Proficient in conveying complex information clearly
• Team-oriented and capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Business-fluent in German and proficient in English
