Senior Revenue Contract Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Verify contract precision: Assess finalized contracts for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards, pinpointing any missing information, discrepancies, or potential compliance issues.

• Manage contract documentation: Extract and document critical terms, pricing models, renewal clauses, service obligations, amendments, renewals, extensions, and terminations throughout the contract lifecycle.

• Oversee contract data management: Keep the company's contract database and associated reporting systems updated, ensuring that data is accurately entered and backed by organized electronic files.

• Support data integrity and governance: Conduct routine audits, quality control assessments, historical data management, and process enhancements that bolster database integrity, accessibility, and reporting capabilities.

• Evaluate and present insights: Analyze contract, pricing, and revenue-related data using Excel and SQL; develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to uncover trends, inconsistencies, business opportunities, and metrics for contract performance.

• Enhance workflows and technology utilization: Employ AI-driven tools to extract and organize contract data, minimize manual processing, propose improvements to templates and reporting tools, and document SOPs and best practices.

• Collaborate across departments: Partner with Legal, Sales, Procurement, Pricing, Accounting, and Operations to ensure precise contract administration, address inquiries and data requests, and support audits and compliance initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 2–5 years of experience in a relevant field

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL

• Preferred experience with AI-assisted document processing tools such as Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms

• Willingness to travel up to 10%
