Senior Retail Crime Investigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise 6-12 RCIs within designated market(s) effectively.

• Engage in regular performance evaluations of RCI team members.

• Oversee intricate organized theft and fraud investigations, including tracking merchandise for sale in independent shops, flea markets, and on social media to pinpoint Weis stolen products.

• Support the District AP Manager with the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of RCIs.

• Accountable for RCI training, managing schedules, reviewing cases, and monitoring performance metrics.

• Efficiently manage and prioritize RCI schedules and time to align with business requirements and theft trends.

• Organize blitzes with the RCI team and conduct regional RCI conference calls as necessary.

• Lead investigations related to self-scan incidents, authorize prosecutions, and ensure cases are resolved in accordance with company guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in Asset Protection performing functions similar to those described above.

• Capability to direct and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently.
