Senior Research and Operations Executive, Healthcare Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and implement research deliverables, including screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, analysis planning (content analysis templates, tabspecs), report setup and quality assurance, report writing, and various project documentation.

• Assist in executing data review and management processes with precision and care.

• Collaborate closely with the mid-shift team in the Philippines through structured handovers to ensure seamless continuity across shifts.

• Work in direct partnership with US-based project teams to efficiently and accurately fulfill project tasks.

• Oversee scheduling for meetings and fieldwork services, ensuring smooth and timely coordination.

• Thoroughly document progress to facilitate seamless handovers and alignment with project teams.

• Acquire and utilize project management software to monitor and optimize project workflows.

• Proven experience in a market research agency, showcasing a strong ability in scheduling, fieldwork logistics, and the development or review of materials throughout the project lifecycle.

• Capability to manage tasks across both qualitative and quantitative market research projects.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while upholding exceptional quality and precision.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, particularly for collaboration across shifts and time zones.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience in pharmaceutical market research projects.
