This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete renewal process for a portfolio of strategic, high-value clients
• Facilitate transparent, consultative renewal discussions with senior and C-level stakeholders, emphasizing value and enduring partnerships
• Oversee intricate, multi-year contract renewals, collaborating closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support teams to eliminate barriers
• Leverage customer insights, product utilization, and business objectives to accurately predict renewals and disseminate best practices throughout the team
• Proven experience working with enterprise or private equity-backed clients in a B2B software setting
• 5-7 years of experience managing large, intricate renewals or strategic customer portfolios
• Strong ability to navigate commercial contract structures and manage higher-risk renewal situations
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data to inform renewal strategies
• A passion for mentoring others and sharing effective methods for handling complex renewals
