📋 Description

• Oversees commercial loan relationships of varying complexities

• Cultivates new business opportunities and relationships that generate revenue

• Facilitates a collaborative team approach to managing relationships

• Accountable for the origination, negotiation, structuring, pricing, underwriting, and closing of loans

• Ensures the organization maintains the highest quality of loans with minimal risk

• Oversees the ongoing assessment of portfolio quality

• Remains informed about industry trends and market conditions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in the sector

• Credit training is preferred

• In-depth knowledge of commercial lending credit

• Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial and cash flow analyses

• Highly developed negotiation abilities

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Proven experience in implementing a calling strategy to engage prospects and clients

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
