This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
β’ Oversee and cultivate a portfolio of affluent clients within a well-established global framework;
β’ Engage in thorough consultations to comprehend client financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment timelines;
β’ Develop customized investment strategies utilizing global markets and sophisticated financial instruments;
β’ Propel sales of investment offerings including brokerage services, advisory, pre-IPO opportunities, and structured products;
β’ Guide clients through the complete investment journey β from initial contact to execution and ongoing portfolio enhancement;
β’ Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to maximize retention and lifetime value;
β’ Actively seek out market opportunities and convert them into actionable recommendations for clients;
β’ Work in collaboration with internal product, legal, and compliance teams across the organization to provide integrated solutions;
β’ Meet and surpass ambitious revenue and performance goals in a high-achieving environment;
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial product sales;
β’ In-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment vehicles (equities, derivatives, structured products, IPOs);
β’ Demonstrated success in managing and monetizing client portfolios, preferably within a prestigious financial institution;
β’ Experience with high-net-worth or affluent clients is highly preferred;
β’ Advanced negotiation and closing capabilities, employing a consultative, trust-focused sales approach;
β’ Strong business insight and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment;
β’ High degree of independence, accountability, and focus on results;
β’ Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
