• Identify and oversee public sector business opportunities within a designated region.
• Generate revenue through the growth of loans and deposits.
• Promote relevant banking products and services through cross-selling.
• Lead business development initiatives to establish new client relationships in the public sector.
• Nurture existing client relationships and enhance them by offering suitable banking products.
• Participate in community and industry-specific events, conferences, and meetings.
• Manage all client-facing interactions within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's Degree (4 years or equivalent) in business, finance, or marketing.
• Over 10 years of experience in relationship management and treasury management sales.
• Experience in engaging with government entities, including familiarity with government regulations and requirements.
• Certification as a Treasury Professional (CTP) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the geographic area within the calling territory is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as email applications.
