This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with high-value clients, particularly in high-risk sectors.
• Offer strategic, data-informed advice to minimize chargebacks and enhance performance.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to provide exceptional service.
• Supervise the onboarding process for new clients.
• Facilitate seamless client integration into the platform.
• Conduct new client kickoff meetings following contract finalization.
• Recognize opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services.
• Relay client needs to leadership and recommend improvements.
• Lead strategic conversations with end-users and senior management within the client organization.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales or relationship management within the cards and payments sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-risk clients within the payments ecosystem.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a methodical approach.
• Proactive problem solver with an optimistic outlook.
• Excellent communication abilities across written, verbal, and digital channels.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing Tier 1 clients.
• In-depth understanding of high-risk vertical business models in the payments flow.
• Familiarity with dispute and fraud management products.
• Strong commitment to follow-through with a results-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative team player focused on shared success.
• Genuine interest in transforming the chargeback and disputes landscape.
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English.
• This position is eligible for remote hiring.
