Senior Reinsurance Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accurately and promptly file excess risk claims.

• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting and testing processes.

• Provide training for new reinsurance analysts.

• Assume additional responsibilities as needed.

• Review and manage intricate stop-loss claim scenarios.

• Address reinsurance claims inquiries from carriers.

• Oversee client relations and related matters.

• Conduct investigations and analyses of claims data.

• Present information and answer inquiries effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent GED.

• 3–5 years of experience in medical claims.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Prior knowledge of employee benefits, third-party benefit administration, or reinsurance.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Adaptable and receptive to change, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities across all organizational levels.

• Skilled in effectively presenting information and addressing questions.

• Strong time management, organizational, coordination, and timely communication skills.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and skills in claims investigation.

• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting claims data.
