This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and manage vehicle maintenance operations throughout the fleet.
• Assess and approve maintenance and repair tasks in line with OEM specifications, vehicle condition, budget constraints, and de-fleet schedules.
• Track fleet maintenance expenses and ensure budget compliance.
• Assist in the processing of claims for individual vehicles.
• Keep track of and report on vehicle off-road statuses.
• Aid in tracking off-road KPIs, reporting, and enhancing performance.
• Collaborate with external recovery agencies and service providers.
• Manage and update tasks within the insurance management portal.
• Promote proactive vehicle servicing and maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime.
• Ensure accurate fleet documentation, maintenance records, and operational reports are maintained.
• Engage with customers and frontline teams regarding vehicle concerns, delays, breakdowns, and other challenging scenarios.
• Partner with suppliers, repairers, recovery agencies, and external partners to resolve fleet-related issues.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships within the organization and external supply chain.
• Identify areas for improvement in fleet processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Enhance customer experience and establish the company as a leading vehicle subscription provider.
• Report directly to the Fleet Asset Manager.
• Must provide own equipment.
• Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM.
• Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 12th generation or newer.
• 512GB HDD/SSD required.
• Windows 11 Home or Pro is necessary.
• Power backup such as a power station, power bank, or UPS is essential.
• Secondary/external monitor is required.
• Noise-cancelling headset and webcam are necessary.
• Internet speed of at least 40–50 Mbps for both download and upload.
• BIR self-registration and submission of necessary government contributions.
• NBI or Police Clearance is required.
• A government-issued ID must be provided.
• Experience in fleet administration, management, automotive administration, or vehicle operations is essential.
• Proven experience in coordinating or scheduling vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Background working with repairers, suppliers, recovery agencies, or third-party automotive providers is necessary.
• Experience in monitoring vehicle off-road status and reporting on operational KPIs is crucial.
• Familiarity with insurance claims or related processes is highly desirable.
• Experience communicating with customers and internal stakeholders in high-pressure or sensitive situations is required.
• Background in proactive maintenance planning and service scheduling is necessary.
• Strong skills in fleet administration and vehicle maintenance coordination are required.
• Understanding of OEM servicing and maintenance guidelines is essential.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance scheduling and fleet operations is required.
• Experience using fleet management systems, CRM platforms, insurance portals, or similar technologies is necessary.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities are essential.
• Capability to manage multiple vehicles, maintenance tasks, suppliers, and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping/reporting skills are required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management capabilities are necessary.
• Ability to monitor costs and align maintenance activities with fleet budgets.
• Proactive approach to identifying potential maintenance or operational issues before they escalate.
• Availability to work from 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Monday to Friday.
• English proficiency test is mandatory.
• Personality test is required.
• Video introduction and sample voice call must be submitted.
• Independent contractor agreement under Singapore law is required.
