📋 Description

• Lead Client Solutions and Business Development initiatives.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients addressing complex Regulatory Affairs challenges.

• Showcase Parexel's Regulatory Affairs Consulting capabilities and deliver tailored sales presentations.

• Provide support and oversight for proposals, actively participating in bid defense meetings.

• Generate new business opportunities through personal reputation and established client relationships.

• Engage in strategic account planning for key clients.

• Drive excellence in project delivery.

• Offer cross-functional leadership for regulatory outsourcing programs and project teams.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to the highest quality standards.

• Monitor profitability across various projects through diligent budget management.

• Proactively identify and address issues impacting project success and client satisfaction.

• Utilize best practices and industry insights to create innovative business solutions.

• Provide mentorship and develop team capabilities.

• Advise colleagues on effective project execution techniques.

• Cultivate a collaborative team environment that drives results.

• Stay informed on industry trends.

• Monitor and assess industry initiatives, policy modifications, and technology advancements.

• Ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that address evolving client requirements.

• Commit to ongoing professional development and enhancement of industry knowledge.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline; an Advanced Degree is preferred.

• Significant experience in the life sciences or consulting sectors, with at least 5 years in a related Program Management role.

• Proven success in managing Regulatory Affairs projects, client solutions, and teams.

• Demonstrated ability to win and lead global projects.

• Strong experience in business development and proposal management.

• Advanced capabilities in project management and operational leadership.

• Exceptional consulting skills with a client-centric focus.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to influence, network, and hold individuals accountable.

• Expertise in budget management and financial forecasting.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
