Senior Regional Web Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy and roadmap for Samsara's regional websites in the MX, CAN, and EMEA markets.

• Establish success metrics, targets, and reporting for regional web performance.

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, content strategists, and regional marketers to manage and prioritize tasks.

• Develop and oversee the regional-site experimentation program, focusing on CRO, testing, and personalization.

• Partner with content marketing teams to enhance AEO and SEO strategies.

• Identify AI use cases and implement agents in regional site product management and development.

• Lead regional web projects, including new market launches, site architecture modifications, and regional redesigns from concept to post-launch evaluation.

• Communicate performance metrics and roadmap updates to marketing leadership and regional stakeholders.

• Mentor team members and foster a culture of shared learning and documentation.

• Act as the primary expert on international web matters.

• Advocate for Samsara’s cultural principles across global teams and new offices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web product management, digital experience, or web strategy.

• Proven track record of managing the roadmap for a high-traffic marketing website.

• Experience in overseeing web experiences across various international markets.

• Proficiency in localizing web experiences for market relevancy.

• Demonstrated success in managing a web experimentation program.

• Familiarity with web analytics and experimentation tools, including Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, and an A/B testing platform.

• Strong foundation in technical SEO and AEO, with attention to international factors.

• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams on a modern web stack, covering CMS architecture, component systems, performance, and release processes.

• Excellent executive communication skills.

• Proven ability to drive results through influence across various functions and geographies, even without formal authority.

• Experience in integrating AI workflows or agents into personal work processes.
