This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Oversee the designated territory to fulfill ECJV business goals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to secure a profitable market share for ECJV products.
• Deliver product support, sales assistance, service aid, and applications training to ECJV clients to sustain and enhance the specification market through pull-through marketing.
• Execute action plans aimed at achieving market share targets.
• Address customer product complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Successfully manage the launch of new products.
• Provide training to customer personnel on ECJV products.
• Administer customer support policies in alignment with regional guidelines.
• Control the territory expense budget as set by the regional manager.
• Ensure the reliability of the CIS.
• Understanding of the trucking industry.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• A degree from a college, university, or equivalent in Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or relevant sales experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate level of pertinent work experience is necessary.
• Must reside within the region this position supports: Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
