This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Develop and implement quarterly business plans to achieve procedure sales and disposable sales revenue objectives within the designated geographical area.
• Maintain a comprehensive, regularly updated strategic business plan for the territory while assisting the Account Manager team in crafting, managing, and executing their own detailed territory Business Plan.
• Drive growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the Account Manager and Clinical Specialist Team.
• Create and execute a strategic business plan that broadens the company's customer base and ensures a strong presence within the RSM Team's designated geography.
• Responsible for recruiting, coaching, and performance evaluation of all direct reports, including Account Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Foster and promote robust, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with the Account Manager and Clinical Specialist team to understand both their needs and those of their customers.
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the National Sales Director and the Sales Management team.
• Communicate effectively and share sales achievements and successful strategies within the Area, with RSM peers, and with the National Sales Director and Business Unit Leader.
• Collaborate with the Area's Field Sales Territory Manager counterparts to carry out key strategic sales activities that maximize all Monarch capital system sales and procedure sales.
• Assist Account Managers in leading product technical and clinical demonstrations to facilitate sales and adoption of Monarch technologies.
• Conduct crucial referral education initiatives that promote increased procedure sales.
• Implement post-sales installation, implementation, and adoption protocols in collaboration with the sales and service teams to meet desired business objectives.
• Support new customers in the clinical adoption of Monarch technologies.
• Work closely with customers to ensure they meet their clinical and economic goals with the new technology, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and driving higher utilization rates.
• Must cultivate and maintain expert-level knowledge of all Monarch products while demonstrating a solid understanding of industry trends and market dynamics to develop strategies that keep the company ahead of competitors.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in Medical Device or related sales management or leadership is required.
• Proven ability to learn and communicate both technical product information and clinical knowledge of disease states to physicians and economic buyers is essential.
• Must be able to travel extensively up to 75%, including overnight stays within the assigned territory.
• Required to work in a hospital or ASC setting, attending live patient cases as necessary and wearing required protective gear (e.g., lead aprons, masks, etc.).
• A self-starter who excels with autonomy and is a critical thinker capable of problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
• Works effectively within a team, frequently sharing sales strategies and key learnings with sales management and peers.
• Open to constructive feedback and collaborates effectively within a matrix team environment.
• Proven ability to articulate customer needs and feedback to the organization when necessary.
• Must be highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and prioritize them effectively.
• Ability to communicate frequently and at a high level with sales management and the broader organization.
• Capable of working in a regulated environment, adhering to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 compliance standards.

• The Company offers a competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in this program according to the terms of the applicable plan.
