This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take responsibility for the overall performance and results in the DACH region, focusing on commercial ARR growth, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and long-term market expansion.
• Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers along with a Senior Sales Manager, who oversees a group of Account Executives.
• Provide leadership across various departments, ensuring alignment for Commercial SMB sales teams with consistent execution, prioritization, and messaging across all segments.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing Enterprise-grade sales organization with robust leadership development and clear succession planning.
• Engage in the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and development of senior sales professionals, ensuring team structure and coverage align with Enterprise and Commercial growth priorities.
• Guide teams to meet annual and quarterly booking targets, KPIs, and operational rhythms across all DACH sales teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture through regular coaching, deal inspections, pipeline reviews, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Implement a channel-first go-to-market strategy, collaborating with resellers, MSPs, GSIs, and Alliance partners to generate, qualify, and close Enterprise and Commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, Channel, Alliances, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering teams to develop and sustain a high-quality pipeline across segments.
• Support the transition from product-led selling to value- and platform-led selling, focusing on integration with existing enterprise security, identity, and IT ecosystems.
• Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships with key Enterprise customers, partners, and stakeholders in the regional ecosystem.
• Guide teams in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise sales cycles, including executive engagement, business case development, and long-term account planning.
• Oversee intricate deal strategies, commercial structuring, and negotiations, including legal and contractual discussions.
• Ensure thorough forecasting, pipeline management, and Salesforce discipline across all teams.
• Represent the DACH region in EMEIA-wide leadership forums, contributing to go-to-market strategies, best-practice sharing, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Serve as a senior mentor and role model for sales leaders throughout EMEIA.
• Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise technology sales (SaaS, Security, Mobility, or related enterprise platforms), with a proven record of regional growth.
• At least 7 years of senior sales leadership experience, including managing managers and leading multi-layered sales organizations.
• Demonstrated success in building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams specifically in the DACH market.
• In-depth understanding of Enterprise buying centers and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong background in platform, ecosystem, or solution-based selling that aligns with customers’ existing technology investments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise security, endpoint/device management, identity, compliance, or modern workplace technologies; experience in the mobile and/or endpoint security sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven success in a channel-first sales model, with close collaboration with resellers, MSPs, GSIs, and strategic alliances.
• Strategic, metrics-oriented leader with a strong focus on forecasting, pipeline management, and execution discipline.
• Ability to convey technical and platform value as clear business outcomes for senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Highly credible and trusted leader who establishes high standards and fosters a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with significant regional oversight.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is essential for effectiveness and credibility within the DACH region.
