This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Manage relationships with all partners in Italy and the Mediterranean region.
• Lead the regional partnership strategy to accomplish agreed-upon pipeline generation, enablement, and business goals for the area.
• Collaborate with global channel and regional field Wiz sales and technical teams to formulate a joint business plan for the partnership strategy in the region.
• Spearhead and facilitate internal enablement regarding the partner go-to-market approach and value for the region.
• Create and implement Business Plans with designated Partner Accounts in the area.
• Facilitate Account mapping activities with Partner Sellers and Wiz Sellers.
• Assist and contribute to regional and channel team meetings by providing updates on regional performance and developments.
• Share best practices for partnerships with Wiz Sellers and Specialist teams.
• Influence cloud strategies of regional partners on targeted accounts.
• Maintain proactive/reactive account knowledge regarding cloud expenditures and commitments, account details, billing contacts, etc.
• Be the primary contact for any partner-related support during the sales cycle of deals in your region, regardless of Partnership type.
• Manage escalations and guarantee that any issues are addressed.
• Hold Partners accountable for adhering to Wiz Partner Rules of Engagement.
• Oversee Partner Application management and administration.
• Manage the Reseller Agreement process in collaboration with Wiz Legal.
• Handle MNDA, OTRA, master agreements, and order forms.
• Deliver the Wiz First Meeting Pitch to Partner teams.
• Coordinate with Wiz Marketing on regional strategy in relation to Partners.
• Collaborate with field marketing to drive attendance and communicate follow-up strategies.
• Manage available budgets, including spiff promotions and execution.
• Oversee ACE management of incoming ACE deals via Workspan integration in SFDC.
• Qualify and administer Deal Registration.
• Manage deals alongside Wiz Sellers to ensure effective partner engagement.
• Monitor private offers and coordinate with Wiz Seller and Partner Operations to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Conduct partner team forecasting to ensure effective deal management and engagement in opportunities.
• Provide weekly report updates to supported teams and leadership.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Proven channel leadership skills, with the ability to identify the right partners for the appropriate opportunities and achieve regional objectives.
• A collaborative team player, as selling is a team effort.
• Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding.
• Background in SaaS Channel.
• Consistent history of meeting and surpassing targets.
• Experience with Cloud Service Provider Marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
