This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of market-level goals for acquiring and retaining new patients, along with VBC membership and retention rates.
• Track daily performance indicators, including retention at the clinic level, sources of acquisition, fill rates, and the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with market presidents to formulate growth plans specific to the market.
• Identify clinics that are underperforming and work together with practice managers to devise solutions.
• Oversee the regional marketing budget and assess ROI.
• Implement acquisition and retention initiatives utilizing standardized templates with tailored local adjustments.
• Act as the main marketing point of contact for market presidents, clinical leaders, and practice managers.
• Work closely with office staff to facilitate local events and enhance community engagement.
• Deliver strategies and results to senior leadership by employing data-driven insights.
• Represent the Marketing department in regional leadership meetings.
• Acquire in-depth market knowledge, including competitive analysis, demographics, payer dynamics, and clinic capacity.
• Establish partnerships and sponsorships within the community.
• Plan and execute local events aimed at boosting acquisition and retention.
• Coordinate local acquisition strategies, such as local SEO, paid search, and social media tactics.
• Collaborate on local retention strategies with the SVP of Engagement and Retention.
• Partner with Operations, Clinical teams, and regional leadership.
• Work in conjunction with centralized marketing for resources and assets.
• Generate performance reports that cover acquisition, retention, campaign effectiveness, and event ROI.
• Analyze attribution data and maintain an event database.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role with a demonstrated history of career advancement is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Skills in strategic and tactical execution.
• Strong business acumen along with an understanding of ROI analysis and marketing attribution.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Effectiveness in collaborating with market presidents and C-suite stakeholders.
• Capability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Knowledge of acquisition and retention strategies across various channels.
• Experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, and email/SMS.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Resourceful problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in presenting complex data in a clear manner.
• Skills in relationship-building and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms and CRM systems is preferred.
• Fully remote position.
• Up to 50% travel to clinics within the designated regional area.
• Occasional in-person meetings with market presidents and practice managers.
• Attendance at regional and company leadership meetings.
