Senior Regional Maintenance & Reliability Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

• Drive Reliability Excellence - Spearhead the design and implementation of top-tier reliability and maintenance strategies throughout operations.

• Lead High-Performing Teams - Motivate and cultivate engineering, reliability, and maintenance teams to achieve outstanding results.

• Solve Complex Operational Challenges - Serve as the primary technical authority for critical issues.

• Drive Continuous Improvement at Scale - Identify opportunities across the system to enhance processes, minimize waste, and optimize costs.

• Shape Capital Strategy & Innovation - Oversee capital planning and execution initiatives.

• Partner Across the Business - Collaborate closely with Operations, Food Safety, Quality, and Safety teams.

• Champion Safety & Compliance - Ensure that engineering and maintenance systems adhere to regulatory and company standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Engineering or a related field, along with 8+ years of relevant experience; or a comparable combination of education and experience, required.

• A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in team management/development or project leadership is essential.

• Capability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and design challenges.

• Must demonstrate Project Management skills; Contract Administration expertise; and the ability to interpret National codes and standards.

• Proficient in engineering economics.

• Proficient in AutoCAD.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Energized by collaboration and willing to travel to other locations (50% of the time).
