Senior Regional Director – Future Regional VP, Senior Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Cultivate, enhance, and sustain robust and trustworthy relationships with university pre-health advisors and student pre-health/pre-med organizations.

• Organize, promote, deliver, and showcase engaging LIVE sales presentations (seminars/workshops) to large audiences of university pre-med students.

• Contact all event and various lead types within your designated region.

• Conduct regular follow-ups until connections are established and convert leads by enrolling students in an Altius program.

• Leverage diverse marketing and advertising channels to foster awareness and brand recognition at your assigned universities.

• Anticipate a significant focus on relationship-driven sales and email marketing.

• Act as the enrollment advisor and main point of contact for all students at your designated universities.

• Recruit, hire, and train instructors and one-on-one mentors for your assigned institutions.

• Collaborate with Altius headquarters to schedule all classroom sessions at your universities.

• Observe classroom instruction and one-on-one mentoring to provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to Altius standards.

• Diligently track student progress and performance scores for all students in your region.

• Step in as needed to assist students who are facing challenges.

• Keep precise records consistently using Altius CRM and accounting/expense tracking software.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven growth and increasing achievements as an entrepreneur, franchisee, military service member, aspiring business leader, educator, or university advisor/administrator.

• A strong passion and aptitude for sales and business development.

• Exceptional management, presentation, public speaking, organizational, and relationship-building skills are essential.

• A bachelor's degree is not mandatory.

• Experience as a self-employed individual or in a practical role is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
