Organization Effectiveness Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior business and HR leaders to define the future direction of the organization.

• Act as a trusted advisor, assisting leaders in evaluating organizational challenges, identifying opportunities, and formulating strategies that enhance organizational performance, workforce effectiveness, and business results.

• Promote enterprise-wide organizational effectiveness capabilities.

• Build and lead a high-performing organizational effectiveness team.

• Foster alignment between people strategy and business strategy.

• Establish and refine enterprise standards, frameworks, and infrastructure.

• Generate measurable business value through data, analytics, and performance insights.

• Create innovative solutions that expedite strategic transformation.

• Advocate for technology-enabled organizational effectiveness.

• Oversee the ongoing improvement of HR and organizational effectiveness practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• Preferred certifications include Prosci Change Management, Organization Design (e.g., Korn Ferry, Deloitte, Mercer, Future State, OrgVue), Strategic Workforce Planning, and/or Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Previous experience in a Big Four consulting environment is highly sought after.

• Organization Development Certification (ODCP or equivalent), Executive Coaching Certification (ICF), Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, SHRM-SCP or HRCI SPHR/GPHR and/or certifications in Human Capital Strategy are significant differentiators.

• Demonstrated experience working in global matrix organizations and complex multinational environments, successfully driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

• Proven ability to engage and influence executive leadership teams.
